Wedding One
was started by a newlywed couple. My wife had
owned an entertainment company for several years
and specialized in wedding performances. During
my career, I have managed the Customer Service
operations for a number of companies including
some Fortune 500 corporations.
As we considered
planning our own wedding, we recalled the horror
stories of the couples we had met through our
business and realized how
fortunate we were that we knew about the vendors
in our area through working with them. On the
other hand, we could only imagine how
challenging it must be for someone who didn't
work with such people on a regular basis.
We
developed Wedding One for two reasons:
- To help the wedding couple. You
have some important decisions to make.
Unfortunately, reliable information to help
you make those decisions is hard to come by.
Furthermore, your wedding, reception, and
honeymoon are once-in-a-lifetime
opportunities. When you only have one chance
to get it right, shouldn't you do all you
can to ensure that the vendors you're
dealing with can deliver high quality?
- To help wedding vendors. Through
cooperation and teamwork, wedding vendors
have an opportunity to grow their
businesses, reach new customers and be part
of a brand recognized for its
quality, value, and customer focus.
